In this fast moving session we’ll explore some of the ways VSTS 2008 can deliver value by getting your whole organization team involved to deliver successful projects. We’ll touch on people, process, process templates, TDD, continuous integration and reports. And, maybe provide you some material to convince pointy haired bosses the value of good application life-cycle management.

About the Presenter: Mike Vincent is a solutions architect based in Orange County, California providing clients with application lifecycle management, software architecture and development services, primarily focusing on Microsoft .NET technology. He has been in the software business for over 20 years in addition to engineering and marketing management positions.
Actively involved in the user group community since the early 90′s, Mike is Vice President of INETA Noram. He founded both the SoCal .Net Architecture group which is now also IASA’s SoCal Chapter and the Orange County C# Developers group, now OC .NET. Mike is a frequent presenter at user groups, regional events, and code camps.
